Application of gel sealing HEPA filter in hospital laboratory

Hospital laboratory: It can flow from the clean area to the polluted area by means of top delivery and unilateral bottom row, shoe changing area, dressing room, semi-contaminated area, BSL-3 operating room, biological safety cabinet, and the terminal high-efficiency filter air outlet of the laboratory. Because the laboratory air outlet is equipped with a high-efficiency air filter, the fresh air system can pass the external fresh air through the high-efficiency filter, and then send the filtered fresh air into the room, and discharge the indoor dirty air to the outside. The gel sealing HEPA filter exhaust port is filtered to the top floor exhaust fan unit ozone sterilization box for physical sterilization and then discharged to the outside.

The gel sealing HEPA filter is applicable to the end filtration and air supply of the ventilation system of the hospital clean room, and can directly meet the air cleaning requirements of class 100, class 1000, class 10000 and class 100000. The high-efficiency filter is mainly used to filter the dust particles less than 0.3um in the air, with a filtration efficiency of more than 99.995%, compact structure, easy installation, good sealing, no side leakage, chemical corrosion resistance, not easy to breed microorganisms, and slow down the hospital infection, ensure the operation safety of medical staff. The premise of using mini pleated high-efficiency filter at the end of the hospital is to install coarse efficiency filter and medium efficiency bag filter, which will increase the service life of the end high-efficiency filter, because the secondary efficiency filter mainly filters the dust greater than 1um. If the front-end ventilation system does not install the secondary efficiency filter, the efficiency of the mini pleated air filter will be reduced, and at the same time, the dust will be blocked, reducing the service life.
