We are seeking domestic sales representatives and foreign trade sales representatives for long-term employment.
In response to business growth needs, our company is currently recruiting domestic sales representatives and foreign trade sales representatives from the industry. The specific requirements are as follows:
I. Basic Requirements:
- Associate degree or above, with CET-4-level English proficiency or higher for foreign trade operations;
- Open to both genders, aged 25–45 years;
- Professional Experience: Over three years of relevant experience in the air filter, purification equipment, and household HEPA filter industries;
- Candidates with annual performance exceeding 2 million will be given priority and offered preferential benefits.
II. Work Benefits
- Compensation package: Basic salary + 3–5% sales commission (up to 8% for certain sales categories) + performance-based salary + profit-sharing. For annual sales exceeding ¥2.5 million, the total annual income reaches over ¥160,000.
- Employees who complete or exceed the company's annual business targets within three years may apply to become annual dividend shareholders. The higher the sales target achieved, the greater the annual dividend percentage.
