Front Panel Introduction

1. LCD Display: 4.3-inch color touchscreen providing visual human-machine interaction, displaying leakage percentage readings, selection icons, alarm status, and connection status with peripheral devices.

2. Power Button: Press for over 1 second to turn on/off the device.

3. Selection Valve LED Display: Activates corresponding functions when any button is pressed, with the corresponding blue indicator light turning on.

4. Upstream Sampling Port: Connects the sampling tube for testing upstream aerosol concentration.

5. Downstream Sampling Port: Connects the sampling tube for testing downstream aerosol concentration.

6. Probe Connector: Nine-pin ring connector supplying power to the scanning probe.

7. USB Interface: Exports data and reports in xls format.

Q:Why The Screen Not Lighting Up?

A:Check the instrument's power supply.

Inspect whether the instrument interface is loose or oxidized.

 

Q:What should I do if there is an Communication Abnormality?

A:If communication error occurs during normal software operation, check the instrument's communication interface, communication line, and the port configuration on the computer side.

 

Q: Why No Counting?

A:Ensure the instrument is running when sampling an obvious aerosol with smoke.

Check if the air pump is operating. If the sound is normal, contact the manufacturer for maintenance.
