Features of Class 100 Laminar Flow Hood
- The Class 100 laminar flow hood is an air purification unit that provides a local high-cleanliness environment. It can be flexibly installed above process points where high cleanliness is required. The Class 100 laminar flow hood can be used individually or combined to create a larger clean area.
- The Class 100 laminar flow hood forms a uniform layer of clean air after passing through the high-efficiency filter at a specific wind speed. This creates a vertical, one-way flow, ensuring that the cleanliness of the working area meets the technological requirements.
- There are two types of Class 100 laminar flow hoods: one with an internally installed fan and one with an externally connected fan. They can be installed using either a hanging method or a floor-standing bracket.
