Dust removal and filtration principle
● After the dusty gas enters the dust hopper of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow cross-section and the action of the air flow distribution plate, some coarse particles in the air flow settle in the ash hopper under the action of dynamic and inertial forces.
● After the fine particles and small density enter the dust filter chamber, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter material through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and screening.
● The purified gas enters the air purification chamber and is discharged through the exhaust pipe fan.
Advantage
Wide pleat design
● Wide pleat design, smooth airway, small resistance, easy ash removal, stable ventilation flow
Thickened support net
● The central framework of the filter cartridge is made of galvanized material, which is not easy to rust, has high support strength and is not easy to damage
ODM and OEM available
● According to the requirements of different working conditions, different materials of dust removal filter cartridges are selected, and the products are treated by singeing, calendering, water and oil proofing, PTFE immersion, coating, film covering, flame retardant, nano scale and other treatments
Application of the Pulse Dust Collector Cartridge Filter
● It is mainly used in various filtration industries, such as welding, grinding, food and pharmaceutical processing.
