I.Product introduction of the V Bank Activated Carbon Filter
Carbon cloth (composite filter paper) is a common filter material in empty cleaning industry. In fact, the
idea of carbon cloth filter is very simple, that is, the HEPA filter and activated carbon filter mesh can be
combined into one, and the filter can not only filter PM2.5 particles, but also filter formaldehyde and
other 4 gas pollutants. The structure of the carbon cloth filter is not complex: the broken carbon is
evenly scattered between the two non-woven fabrics to form the carbon cloth, and then after folding and fixing, the carbon cloth filter net is formed.
II.Advantage of the V Bank Activated Carbon Filter
1. Carbon inclusion cloth does not use traditional cylindrical particle carbon, but uses broken small particle carbon, which not only does not increase the carbon content, but also improves the total surface area of carbon particles, thus improving the single filtration efficiency of formaldehyde.
2. Because the distribution of small carbon in non-woven fabric is uniform, the gap is large enough, and the wind resistance is small enough (much smaller than the total resistance of HEPA filter + activated carbon filter), the air volume of gas purifier can be increased by using carbon cloth filter instead of traditional double filter.
3. When carbon cloth is tested, the pre-treatment speed is fast and it is easy to achieve high formaldehyde CADR.
4. Because of the smaller resistance, the use of carbon cloth can reduce the speed of the air purifier fan, thus reducing the noise of the whole machine.
